Parks and Suzanne Parks ("the Parks") complain in four issues of the evidence considered by the trial court in granting a no-evidence summary judgment to DeWitt County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (the "Cooperative"), appellee. The Cooperative replies that summary judgment was proper. For the reasons expressed below, we sua sponte dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
